Rip and Tear pack on Switch not working

The Rip and Tear pack is able to be paid for, as a DLC, after the preorder phase of Doom Eternal.

When I paid for it on Switch, it never was added to Doom Eternal, so I'm wondering if this is on purpose, or is it a bug with the eShop(or something else)

I don't own a Switch, but is your game updated completely? have you checked to make sure it wasn't added? You might just have to reboot up your system.
