Help with Back To Saturn X

I want to play Back To Saturn X in Crispy Doom but I have a few problems. I use Doom explorer in order to use Command-Line parameters like pistolstarting and fast monsters, but I can't seem to load both of the wads that the notepad files tell me to, I can drag them into crispy doom but it wont use the Command lines I want to have, and I really just need help with knowing what I can do.

Why don't you use the Crispy Doom setup executable instead of Doom explorer? It is easy to use in my opinion.

thanks, I actually never noticed this was even in the setup, which is why I used doom explorer, but thank you anyways
