EdgyBluOCFan Posted August 30, 2021 I recently re-made my pc and I tried to reconfigure the path to the doom IWADS in my GZdoom directory and it didn't work! it would not detect them despite the fact they were there. I found them in doom eternal's files so I swear I didn't pirate them. I cant for the life for me figure out how to get it to work however I do know that I have had this problem before I just don't remember and I know i figured it out myself and already consulted old zandronum pages. I have yet to find an answer to them. PLEASE IVE TRIED EVERYTHING OBVIOUS AND QUITE A LOT OF CRACKPOT SHIT INCLUDING SUROUNDING MY COMPUTER WITH SALT, DOWLOADING SFM, AND THEN REMOVING IT FROM MY STEAM ACCOUNT AS A SACCRIFICE TO GABEN 1 Quote Share this post Link to post

Post their configuration. Anything else useful. Note: You aren't alone in this, heck this is assumption number 1 at my work every day. People who call me up instantly assume i know exactly where they are and what they are doing based on vague descriptions. It helps a great deal if you have a personality where you can visualize what the user is doing. Atleast it helped for me. Either way: People aren't mind readers. Based on the above i cannot make any assessment as to what you are doing. So, in this case, please show which path you are using to your GZDoom directory. I also should note that Doom Eternal is a wholly separate game that does not use WAD files. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

xX_Lol6_Xx Posted October 12, 2021 Copy the wads and put them in the same directory as GZDoom. That way the engine should detect them. Which Os are you using? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
