Abomination works quite well for the Doom 64 Pain Elemental, with his cool new nightmarish looks, sounds, and mean new abilities. He doesn't look like a meatball anymore.

When my father used to play with us, he called the demons with some weird but funny names.

- The Buba as the Mancubus 

- The pinky as the same xd

- The pacho as the zombie man 

- The Red Mu as the baron of hell

- The skeleton as the revenant

- The levanta muertos as the arch vile

Some of my students have started calling pain elementals meatballs without getting it from somewhere.

Here are the names I used when I first played Doom years ago.

 

Pinky - Bull/Pink Bull

Revenant - Skeleton

Mancubus - Fatty

Lost Souls - Skulls

Pain Elementals - Skullmakers

Barons - Goats

Cacodemons - Red Things

Calling the hell nobles "doors with health" never gets old.

Or at least it certainly doesn't get old faster than having to shotgun your way through said doors.
