I'm not even sure if I have a controller anywhere that is compatible with my PC, so I just tried it keyboard-only, and I can't really "speedrun" with such an unfamiliar control limitation, so I tried to just do casual playthroughs. This was absolutely horrible to play, so I gave up on map02. I'll just post the demo for map01: kbo01-540.zip

@tescari I'm working on the AV map, but it might be a bit slow due to splitting priorities between work and demo month, but I'll get it done when I can :)

 

@Maribo Tried both..  got mobbed to death in suckerpunch 1, cannot even get out of the first room in suckerpunch 2.

So over the last 2 hours (I assumed you wanted UV MAX :)) I did 12 runs on skill 4.  Then I tried skill.... 1 :D

 

Damn hard, no idea how anyone does it on UV.  But here is a failed demo to laugh at:

^ Completed bullethell Courtyard on HMP and UV. Man, this map is soo easy when you know where to go.

It's mostly designed to troll people who play it for the first time.

That's kinda default to pistol start when you warp to a map isn't it?

You may use "-record name" in ZDL to record a demo

or "-playdemo name" to view it

"-fast" for fast monsters

Nice and easy :). I chose HMP because there is an invuln you can pickup that makes the "Speed" run trivial - On UV it's pretty RNG.
