Obtaining Doom 1 and 2 RPG and Wolfenstein RPG on Old Phones

Does anyone have an old phone with the Doom and Wolfenstein RPGs? IOS or JAR files are fine. I'm looking for all three (Doom RPG 1, 2, and Wolfenstein RPG) and would be happy to pay good money plus shipping for an old phone with the apps / files / games on them. I want to obtain them as legit as possible and there is no way to purchase them. I'm also hoping the phone has a cord to usb or some way of transferring the game for use on my PC. If anyone has any way of obtaining or selling a phone like this, that would be amazing!
