How to make ANSI lump (ENDOOM)?

I'm trying to add my own little bits of creation to a group project "Ultimate Twango" and I wanted to make a cool ANSI text ENDOOM thing. But how do I make one?

Check out Doomkid's YouTube page, he shows a software called EndEdit. There's a link to it in the comments.

I use a program called "PLAYSCII" http://vectorpoem.com/playscii/

Fortunately one options is the ability to make ANSI lumps for ENDOOM. :)
