Oh, I wish I could have participated but idk if I can really handle it due to lack of time... Though, what would be the deadline for the mappers ? Or an approximative date where to finish the map ?

It's great to see this project back again. Sign me up for the M_DOOM graphic.
And, I encourage to whoever makes the TITLEPIC use the M_DOOM graphic in his TITLEPIC, it's an idea that some wads use.

You can get map 3. However, as much fun as Boom mapping is, I really just want this to be a limit removing wad. If all goes well I decide to do a sequel that will most certainly be Boom or MBF.

Yep, Map10 is yours. Also no themes, I think this should retain the grab bag nature of the CC wads. I mean CC1 goes from techbase to Police Station, to cave, to techbase, to hell, then back to techbase in the first couple maps. I like restrictive rule sets usually, but these really are just community grab bags for fun and variety. Also my outline just copied Doom 2, which is a little lame. :p

Honestly I don't have one, but I'm expecting next Christmas. Just to give everyone plenty of time. If it's not done by then, I'll probably just compile what's there and ship it out.

Sorry, both those are taken. Map08 is still open, but if you'd like I could add Map31 and 32, since the wad ends on Map15. I'll have to ask @SMG_Man to add the secret exit if he hasn't already. Also playtesting is still open and always appreciated! So even of you don't make a map, playtesting is very, very helpful.

Yes, vanilla is actually encouraged. But someone wanted to submit older maps with Gothic DM textures and I didn't want to refuse the maps as at the time I didn't know if the slots were going to be filled. So stick to vanilla. But if you want to use the resource wad, feel free, and if you add your own textures, send them to me and I'll add them to the pack. I plan on my map only using vanilla.

I hope somebody makes a map emulating the style of cchest Map29, unironically.

 

I actually like the style and the feeling of the map despite being too cryptic and quite tedious in parts.

That map is mean, but Magickal was like no other. Brutal combat, huge, detailed, and epic visuals. That map has it all. If I can make a second episode that finishes the wad, I'd love to take Map29 as a Magickal tribute. I know it's better to focus on 15 maps for now, but I doubt I'll leave this wad unfinished. Maybe next year I'll open it back up, we'll see.

Ok guys so after spending all night last night and my entire day off today I have made my entry, I hope you guys like it. It's called "Arch of Zimmer". Tried to make it short and simple since it's only going to be map 02

reupload, had to fix a couple of things. A misaligned texture and deleted an accidental secret sector that wasn't a secret.
