ChestedArmor Posted October 16, 2021 I used a wad with different textures (staldoom.wad) as a resource while building my level and added said textures to the wad using my level (super siege; small sanctuary.wad). I added the wad with the level as a resource because I removed the original texture pack and it works perfectly fine in Doom Builder 2. But as soon as I open it through GZDoom all the textures won't load! Spoiler Any idea why? 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
Dexiaz Posted October 23, 2021 (edited) Since it working in DB2, but not in GZDoom - it means you didn't load the same wads in GZDoom. Do the same for GZDoom by making bat file. "gzdoom.exe -file <textures.wad> <map.wad>" https://zdoom.org/wiki/Command_line_parameters I didn't get what you're meaning by "I added the wad with the level as a resource because I removed the original texture pack", but clearly you're doing something wrong. To avoid such errors I suggest you to use "pk3" instead of "wad". It's much easier to work safely. https://zdoom.org/wiki/Using_ZIPs_as_WAD_replacement Edited October 23, 2021 by Dexiaz 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
