Holy moly what a good WAD!! Playing through it right now in Doom Retro but previous versions worked fine in GZDoom and Woof. Perfect for spooky season. Thanks for the update

This wad is just brilliant!! I was so excited to read that there's a new update out <3.

Me and a couple of others have been working on getting it compatible with ZDaemon.

We're playing it tonight, so if you're interested in seeing the wad in a multiplayer setting; come join!

I can't use standard archive handling from Windows, but it works with WinRAR.

Oh boy, I've been playing it daily on my channel for spooky monthTM reasons and just got to map 20. You guys did some phenomenal work here, I'm surprised I didn't see much at all about Ad Mortem in the past year!

 

I'm really excited for what you have in store for us in phase 3, keep up the incredible work!

Guys! I regret to inform you that unfortunately we have to delay this new update to 31th October. We will need a little time to make some changes.

 

The good news is we have new 7 cool maps for this update, I'd like to share a few screenshots of the newer maps, please stay tuned!

This will be perfect for a Halloween gaming session!

 

Will this be the final phase?  I guess you'll have 32, if not more, maps done for this project with the new update!

Yes, this will be the final phase. now it's a complete mapset of 34 maps.

Took a quick look and other than it looking fantastic, map 33 and 34 look to be missing textures, 33 the sky doesn't show up I just get checkerboard and 34 maybe wall textures.  I see some plain black walls.

It crashes in DSDA with a "signal 11 (00x0000)" error. I'll try it with Nugget.

Hmm. Hate to say that unfortunately we discovered several texture bugs in this release, we're now fixing them.  

A new update will come soon. i'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

Alright, here's a quick update to 1.5.3

 

Changelog:

-MAP19 and MAP26 Updated.

-MAP09's secret exit level fixed - changed to MAP32 instead of 31.

-MAP33 and MAP34's sky textures implemented.

 

Download link in the front page.

 

I'm assuming some anon in the thread is fixing the texture problems, so probably another update will come soon.

Congratulations on getting out what is in the traditional sense a full megawad. I played phase one for the megawad club and it was certainly a surprise with plenty of maps that were conventionally good and others that had a charm that I rarely see elsewhere in the doom community. I look forward to seeing what new monstrosities await in what is essentially the wads final form.

I started playing v1.5.4 and i think there is bug with machine pistol with drum magazine (ppsh) and the Luger pistol. It has unlimited ammo? On hud there are 200 bullets but you can shoot and shoot, no ammo is dropping down. The same with normal shootgun, no ammo dropping down when shooting.

Playing with gzdoom.

Works for me. What version of gzDoom are you on and what compatibility?

 

The wad is crashing with signal eleven because of the lump called GL_MAP01. You should probably rename it to GL_MAP28 or just delete it (Since it's part of MAP28)
