Strange secret enemy in Brutal Doom

Today i watched this video and tried to enter this command (summon titan) into the console.

I was very surprised when this thing appeared, i did not expect at all that it would be so huge. It is very similar to Icon of Sin from Doom Eternal.

 

Now i was wondering why it was added to the mod and in which wads you can find it, i will be very grateful if you know this :)

This guy is being used in After Doom's Map34 - Icon of Sin is dead as the boss fight

Out of curiosity, have you ever played Extermination Day? If you're looking for a DE-style IoS, it's pretty cool. Golden Souls 2 also had a nice one.

huh I knew about him there is in brutal doom 21 beta its version with a humanoid body like the icon of sin from eternal, in brutal doom 21 beta it is indestructible than in bd 21 gold where it is fashionable to kill him with a series of shots from nuclear weapon, and both titans have a one AI.
