Idk if this is exactly what you're looking for but i think this cover is worth looking into, also maybe you should try looking at stuff from vgmusic.com 
It's basically a site with a lot of midi versions of songs from various video games, looking at stuff from horror games is probably a safe bet

The 'scariest' / most intense doomer MIDIs I've heard are by @Immorpher.

 

I recommend you check out some of that stuff! :)

I'd recommend Agony Rhapsody from Evilution, or many of the MIDIs in the Doom WAD Sunder. The Memento Mori II OST also has some nice creepy-ish rock songs by the amazing Mark Klem and David Shaw, specifically MAP04 comes to mind.

A lot of Memento Mori's soundtrack is really spooky, The Wind in particular is really ominous!
