Have I ruined my SVE save?

Tagging @Quasar, @Edward850 and @Kaiser just in case.

 

Between killing the Bishop and reporting back to the Oracle, I copied my saves into a new folder so I could go back to them after getting the two bad endings. After copying them back to the main SVE folder I thought I could go back to the good ending path no problem, but upon entering Proving Grounds it seems to remember me? There's a solid red wall at the entrance and the whole map's already been uncovered.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, the entrance next to where the Oracle was is still closed.

Strife saves are a folder containing every level you've visited as separate individual files. If you copy them you have to be sure you delete the existing save folder first, as otherwise you'll likely have level saves from later on still inside the slot causing them to mix.

 

Also if you're running the Steam version, you must disable cloud saves in order to manipulate the save data, as Steam will try to sync whatever's missing when you next start the game.
