Going Through The Serious Sam Games Again

Yeah, absolutely. At least, in that room, there are Serious Damage power-ups, which combined with the Flamethrower could make short work of the enemy waves.

Okay, I have finally fought my way past the bouncy room in The Pit. It took me several attempts, but I eventually found a way to easily survive it: basically, I rushed to the exit door, hunkered down there with my back against the door and then proceeded to camp the spawning enemies with the Flamethrower. Easy peasy!

 

Still an annoying gimmick room, but again, nowhere near as infuriatingly difficult as the Oasis Marsh Hopper fight.
