Palette usage tool

Hi!

 

Has anyone ever come across or written a tool that would print usage stats for each palette color? I'd like to find which assets may potentially use each individual palette entry, so I can remap them.

Dunno if @kb1 ever released it, but they wrote one to analyse the base game palette which will be very useful if you're wondering about which colours you can cannibalise:
