Map01 configuration disappeared

I was building a map for a couple of days and saving frequently as I was making changes.

 

Suddenly my PC froze while attempting to save and after restarting my computer, I could not access said map anymore since it somehow lost its MAP01 configuration, meaning I could not open it in DB nor could I play it via a source port. Attempting to do it opens up Doom II's Entryway.

 

Is there any way I can get my map back by giving it MAP01 configuration again or something? Thanks.

There should be 3 backup files next to it, if everything else fails. Can be renamed to .wad extension and used.

It's probably impossible to guess whenever the most recent file is recoverable without looking inside.
