You know when your math teacher told you to pay attention in class, because math would turn out to be useful in life yadda yadda and you were like whatever? Well, I did that with geometry and now I'm screwed. I have two geometry-building problems in Ultimate Doom Builder I simply cannot wrap my head around.
1. I am trying to build a stele-like prefab, with a frame-like structure inside which I can put a texture. Problem is, I just can't figure out how to create the upper 'edge' of the frame. Is some kind of textureless surface trickery involved? (disregard the textures, just went for some high contrast stuff for an example).
