Miscellaneous demos (part 4)

Since I can't find any demo submissions related to Tarnsman's Projectile Hell, here it goes (my first submission).

 

The wad is compatible gzdoom and Eternity. Unfortunately, gzdoom has its own demo format apparently, so I had to make to run twice. The worst thing is I dislike both gzdoom and eternity (I prefer prboom).

 

Also, there is no summary page at the end of the E1M8 level, so I had to measure time using a chronometer... Did I tell you it was my first submission?

 

The time can be improved, I think there's a way to pass the red room's archviles without killing them all and save a lot of time.

 

If I did anything wrong (including invalid complevel), I'd be pleased to know.

It is. That pillar is only present on UV and NM, BTW, on lower skill levels you don't need a glide.

Thank you for recording on BNBEYOND, one of my old favorites. Your mouse seems to have had a rough weekend. ;)

 

I've been waiting for @j4rio to discover this WAD. The UV skill level was designed for Super Weapons (an example patch from the DeHackEd package), that's why there's so little ammo around, which should make for a nice semi-Tyson romp. Maikl's old run is great - especially for when you have trouble falling asleep - but a bit too unfocused to be endured in a single sitting. 35-40 minutes sounds about right.

Thanks^^ this map has definitely stood out to me out of anything else I've played from the 90's, for some reason. I've gotten around 25-29 minutes with saves for a UV-Max run. Still looking for some more improvements before I settle on anything :)
