What causes some skyboxes and textures to mess up in LZDoom software renderer?

When I say "mess up" I refer to what's shown in the first picture. Usually some mods or wads have this wiered effect where if you move the camara, textures get repeated or copied in the background or on other texters. In the second pictures it's how it's supposed to look.

The only "fix" to this is to set it to Hardwear renderer, when I do that though it completely slows down lzdoom to a crawl.

Is there a way to fix this other then using the hardware renderer? And if there isn't, What causes it and why?

This sounds like a "hall of mirrors" effect. The most common cause of this is from a surface not having a texture when it should have one.

 

The only way to accurately know what's going on here though is if you could upload your WAD/levels here so that others can take a look at it directly.

The mod isn't mine though I can still post the link to it! The version of LZdoom I use is also 3.88a 64x in case that's needed

It is that effect, that's exactly what's going on when I play this mod (and a few others). How would someone come around to fixing that issue? Would it be that I'd have to go into an editor and fix the skybox texture and any other texture?
