Indeed it is the edited version Dark Groove from Jazz Jackrabbit 2. Specifically it is the one used in Epic 2 by Eternal. Not sure it was edited at that point or whether Eternal sourced it from elsewhere (The text file was a little bare on detail).

You can always extract the MIDI from the WAD using SLADE.

At least for me, this version seems to be slightly different.
