Is there a way to include 3D models in GZDOOM?

as of right now, my computer is being fixed so l am using an alt computer, l am planning on doing a mod for GZDOOM, and l have all the resources l need, the problem is, tutorials for making 3d models are almost non existent, so l am needing help here, is there any way to include 3D models in GZDOOM?, l am planning on doing 3d models for items only as 3D weapons in GZDOOM look fugly
