Just a question on my mind.

What do prefabs do, what are they?

What can they be used for?

 

Also how do I do stuff with the script thing.

Scripts (I assume you mean ACS?) allow extended functionality to be created in DiHF and UDMF.

It means Doom in Hexen Format and Universal Doom Mapping Format.
