I love seeing updates on this! As someone who's been exposed to Japanese media since at least a toddler, I've been interested in the idea of Japanese authors working together with Western ones (even though such cases aren't all too rare, e.g. the 1980'a Transformers animated series).

 

Also, bonus points for the "[W]here the sanest place is behind the trigger" quote. (Now waiting for DOOM 64's "[L]et them taste their guts!" quote...)

Ah yes, Twitter, the platform currently known as X. I can't believe he overpaid for a brand by billions of dollars and then rebranded.

Anyway, on topic: I was surprised by how negative the initial responses seemed, and was mentally preparing to give words of encouragement as someone whose demons have also been a bit too real, but damn, that second page. I didn't think it was something I'd personally check out until I saw Saki's post. All of the art for this looks incredible. I was going to say something like, "It's fine that some people don't fuck with the vision, just listen to your passion," but you're doing just fine. Likely an understatement.
