DSDA DOOM: The Ultimate DOOM playing as Doom

So whenever I went to play the ultimate doom in DSDA Doom, for some reason, it would be be doom with the 3 episodes and nothing else. I tried changing my iwad name from Doom to DOOM, but it changed nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Which complevel are you using? AFAIK if you set complevel <= 2 it only shows the first 3 episodes in the menu. You should set complevel 3 which matches The Ultimate Doom; anything greater than that should show the 4th episode as well.
