What Am I Doing?

Question

Remember back when I couldn't find a way to improve my Class from getting the Fist while equipping the berserk? That's the Only Problem i have for now. If you can help me, how do I make the class to get the Berserk but without getting the Fist? have an Example of Thanos for sure.

 

So you can help me with that?

Have you tried defining a new starting weapon for that class in DECORATE (or ZSCRIPT)?

 

If yes and didn't work, I suggest you to create a new Berserk class (inherit and replace the vanilla Berserk) and change its states so that it does not call A_SelectWeapon to change the player's current weapon to "fists" on pickup (trick way, but if works...).

 

Otherwise, just create a script to run whenever the player enter a map that will remove the "fists" from player's inventory only when you're playing the gnome.

I... Don't think so. Idk which option should help me. I dont prefer the new berserk class option, but is there other options that can help me?

 

Edit: Nevermind, I fixed that issue, all that caused was that i had the Fist as a start item, so I removed it from his starting items and it worked
