Introducing IcePack, a new utility for De-ICE

Hi all,

As you may know, I'm a vanilla sort of guy who makes vanilla sort of tools. With that said, I've created a tool to aide in packing up and creating installations that use Id Software's De-ICE program.

This program I created will gather all the files of any product, compress them, and create a De-ICE installer that is 100% faithful to how Id and Raven would distribute their games. This tool works fine in DOSBox as well as real hardware and includes prerequisites in an easy-to-use fashion. Just unzip and go!

Bugs: No, they're unplanned features.

Notes: The process of creating the archive of the original product files does NOT recurse subdirectories, so all product files must live in the same directory in a "flat" structure.

Directory listing of what the output (finished) installation files look like. No floppy spanning. This is designed to be distributed on high-capacity media like a CD-ROM. About the same result as the retail installation of Final Doom on CD.
