looking for gzdoom console command

I am looking for a console command that lets you go to another level but without losing your gear

or a command that automatically ends the level

can you help me?

The console command changemap followed by the map name should do it.

 

For example, if you wanted to save your weapons/ammo from map 1 in Doom 2, and skip to map four, you would type "changemap map04" without the quotes, in the console. It ends the current map, and transfers your gear. Keep in mind, you have to know the name of the map you want to change to.

For ending the current level: "special 243" 

Had to look this up one time when the map was broken by mods, and the exit line was inside a 0 height sector, i.e. completely inaccessible with cheats as well

Holy cow, I'd say that's the best method, especially for just getting to the next map with no extra fuss.

you can call any special (and associated arguments) using this command, it's a godsend for testing!
