One thing does not correlate with another. Youtube not working is not the same as Zandronum not working. Which version are you using? What are your settings? Sounds like it might be your WAD isn't up to the proper version. Download HashCalc and drop your doom2.wad (or whatever other IWAD you're trying to run) on that, and tell me what hashes (CRC32, MD5, SHA-1) it spits out.
