It seems you are mixing up old and new mapinfo formats.

The old format (which it seems you intend to use) does not use '=' signs, so the line 7 should be just music D_HACX01.

 

Same problem might be the '='s in the clusterdef below.

You may need to post the mapinfo so we can see where the problem is.

 

Without that... I can just guess you are missing the "MAP" word before the D_HACX01 map lump name.
