uploading doom demo ( lmp ) to youtube

hi i need to upload my doom demo to youtube its been so long since i uploaded

Demo files aren't videos, just a long string of inputs Doom plays back in its own simulation (this is why they are so tiny compared to a video file), so you'll need to record the demo playback into a video file. You can use a DVR such as Shadowplay or OBS to accomplish this, or DSDA-Doom's viddump tool.

Wow there is a program that turns demos into mp4! I am glad I found this post.

thanks i never knew that but if i use obs it lags so bad and also i dont use shadow play because im not using a nvidia gpu and i think i'll use viddumping as my last resort
