Edward850 Posted April 16, 2022 Touchpads aren't really designed for games and end up with input behaviors that are meant more for for UI navigation. Typically this includes the touchpad being disabled while you type on the keyboard, but can also manifest other problems such as the mouse click events being incomplete, due to not really having an on/off state. From the description, I suspect your issue is with the keyboard temporarily turning off the touchpad. This I believe is a windows option found in settings->devices->touchpad. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post

Edward850 Posted April 16, 2022 (edited) Palmcheck may not be the setting you're looking for (and if it is, it'd have to be off, not minimal). As you don't have Windows 10 I don't know what setting controls it for you, but it'll be something along the lines of "tap delay" or "smart sense" perhaps.
