Hi there!

Have you ever felt like you wanted to make just another map but don't have enough spare time, familiarity and/or knowledge with doom level editors to make a big boi (or multiple big bois), well this Doom 2 Super Mega Heccing good (subjective) Community Project is for you! Flex your mapping muscles and make small maps (or just one small map) that can be finished in a few minutes! 

Presenting The Noobie MicroMap Community Project! (Also known as beyond doom, no relation to any 1996 wad.)

 

 

Get The New beta TNMCP Crew (unofficial name) newest GZDoom version: RC1.2

And also an obligatory Map 30, It's just a cleaned-up version of an old version of map 17 mid-development.

ATTENTION: Why are ya readin' this still, go get RC1!

Criteria: 

Must be limit-removing doom 2 compatible (basically doesn't have to be able to run in the original doom2.exe/chocolate doom, but has to run in all other "limit-removing doom 2 vanilla" compatible ports.   Or put simply, -complevel 2) 

As stated must be completable in a few minutes

Mustn't be Overly difficult

Midis used can only be from a commercial classic doom game or be made either by you or another member of the doom community.

 

Forgot to mention but Bobby Prince and Lee Jackson Midis count.

Nice, I'm gonna have to relocate my map to 03 I think, my "The Forgotten Base" feels like a map 3. So a win-win.

My question is this: When you say vanilla do you mean like Doom 2: Doom format? i'm only asking is because i'm still new to mapping but i have made maps for a couple of community project.  If you would like to play the maps in said CP's i have two in a cp called Theme-GAWAD #1 and one in the community project called Booked!. 

 

I also just released a Plutoina wad last night so i'm on a mapping break at the moment. This seems fun but since i'm getting better at mapping i feel like i would out class the newer mappers and i don't want that, that would seem unfair to them if you know what i mean. 

 

Anyways hope this goes good for you and the community, i will say that i can play test maps and give feed back if that works for you.
