its really a joke of map 31 from the original Doom II, thats why its called "Hitler"

Just my couple of cents for project lead anyone else who participates there - if you intend keep maps strictly vanilla compatible, you should grab copy of chocorenderlimits. It displays where maps exceed static limits like visplanes, drawsegs and other things.

Day 2 of working on my map, I'm slowly but surely getting somewhere. Not sure if it counts as doomcute or not but I added an old broken door with a couple "repair guys" assessing the damage.

Detailing takes a LOT longer than I thought, but I wanna come out swinging and put my all into it.

I am having trouble with this rocket death exit thing.

I played scythe map 25 and I can't seem to rocket-kill myself in the correct place to enter the exit?

 

I guess I could try to clone the exit from map 25 and hope it will somehow work

He used freedoom, you can open an editor and fix the textures

oh my the map won't open in doom format

the project is really being worked on but nobody is really responding.

Thanks guys, It's taking a really long time because I'm implementing the difficulty levels as I go but I think it's going along well right now. I feel like posting more screenshots but to be honest I don't have much new to show yet since I'm really slow haha

 

Is there a hard time limit? I don't recall if there was one or not.
