DBP47: Dreamcatcher Apparatus

In map 4, one of the lost soul teleporter closets is broken.

 

EDIT: In map 8, in the devil face section (southern teleporter) the arachnotrons on the lowering pillars are stuck and unable to attack.

 

EDIT 2: In map 10, the bars around the exit door are red despite it requiring a yellow key.

 

EDIT 3: Map 11, SM and arachnotron room. Some arachontrons are stuck on their pillars and unable to attack. Also, when the SM enters the teleporter, it just gets stuck in the hub area so perhaps consider placing monster block lines around the teleporter itself.

Alrighty, I'm done. This was a fantastic project, one of my favourite DBPs yet. I've edited my post above with the bugs I'd found during my playthrough if those are still relevant. Looking forward to playing the next DB installment!

Howdy folks, bumping in order to share my full playthrough (UV max, single seg). Here is the playlist:
 


As an item, bigmacdavis-style player, I'm kinda bummed that I couldn't get the last item and the plasma gun in MAP04 but I see no way of reaching them. Please chip in if you know of a solution. That being said, it's a wonderful, distinctive wad that will always remain in my top DBPs. Thank you to all the contributors!

You just have to be thirsty enough...

 

Ohh. I put a health bonus there, so it does actually mess up item count.

Here's a solution in demo lmp format: dbp47_m04_plasma.zip

 

If there's a bizarre way out of the map, I will put an easter egg there.  I guess I should avoid health bonuses though, because it seems to affect some players...

Hahaha holy shit, thanks a lot mate! I did think of an archie jump but I didn't believe it was possible. This should go nicely with the subsequent pickup of the berserk. Might take a few tries though. I'll probably re-record MAP04 to really have 100% across the board.

Edit: got it. Not as smooth as your demo but it gets the job done. Thanks again.
