How to implement ZScript Monsters and Weapons?

With decorative, I just copy the number that is in the same line as ACTOR and give this number an entity on the map,

but how do I implement custom monsters and weapons that were written in ZScript?

Do they have this number somewhere else in the code or is something completly different required?
