Rare Doom 3 pc fan covers

Can anyone tell me what these pc fan covers came with. I think I bought them in 2005 or 2006 from ebay.

That's incredible, but I cracked up a bit when I noticed that the demon is apparently "MADE IN CHINA"!

The demon is not made in china just the fan behind it.

So far what I have found is it was sold as some kind of limited promption with doom 3 in Europe. 500 to 1000 were made. But that is all I found out and that could wrong.
