My original copies of all the successful wad file games.  I don't have the cases or boxes anymore.  The one in the middle is Final Doom.  Towers of Darkness has Heretic, Hexen and Hexen Death Kings of the Dark Citadel.  I bought strictly for Death Kings.

 

 

Also, a pewter sculpture of the mancubus.  I got it when I purchased a preorder of Doom 3.   It came with it.  Really though I didn't care about the preorder.  I just wanted the mancubus.  :)

I would but i lost my original copies of both Ultimate Doom and Doom 2 in a move, the former when i was 17, the latter when i was 13. I was pissed when i lost Doom 2, and as pissed as dumbfounded the same happened with my copy of Ultimate Doom, and that i didn't learn from past movings, always something suspiciously "vanished" or got lost.

 

As my dad always told me about movings; "According to Edgar Allan Poe, moving several times yields the same result as losing everything in a house fire." Don't know if its an actual quote of Poe, but he was and still is right.

It's unfortunate that the only way to get a modern physical edition of Doom is to buy from Limited Run Games (or one of their "official" scalpers that sell everything from them with triple the price on the internet). There are physical editions of the DOOM Slayer's Collection, but only the reboot game is in the disc, the rest is in the form of download codes.

Thank you, yeah just pulled the files off the floppies then ran the installer in dosbox and it worked!

Idk why, but it put me really nerveous seeing all the CD out of his case, even more with the back part on the table without any protection...

It's been years since a reader was able to read them.  Not to worry, my Doom folder and all these IWADs are backed up on another computer and flash drive.  And it's not like these games are that expensive on game networks anymore.
