The whole reason I did that is so you can test the map easily. You'll have to import all the necessary files anyway into your HC2.wad, so just put all the files (Map marker until Blockmap) in the correct spot, then rename the map marker to 04. There's no reason for me to reupload the file again for a simple change like that.

 

Change the music name from D_RUNNIN to D_BETWEE and that's it.

 I can do all of that with slade, including map marker change. As for your previous question, yes, my map is 09. I just like to see who I work with. And if someone can use set pieces from my map, then I say use them.

@Codename_Delta Finally got to final room in your map. I must admit, not having anything to shoot really left me stumped on how to progress. A suggestion: put a lost soul or an imp there to shoot. 
Also, all of your doors open up to the sky. May want to take a look into that

That wad fixes that

Hey. If the slot 5 or 8 is open, can I take it?
I'm still quite new to mapping in Boom format, and haven't fully researched what I can do with Boom format, might ended up mapping for Vanilla Doom format or Limit-Removing.

Oh also, can you put download link of each map in first post? Looking for the download link in every page is tedious.

well we ran out of slots but,,,

eh fuck it we'll have a 10th map, just for you buddy!!!

have you tried using eureka?

idk a single thing about UDB because i can't use it...

so if you can't choose a source port then use a map format and have the limits be automatically applied

then maybe eureka would be a good option

No, I mean I still unfamiliar with Boom new features because I used to mapping in Vanilla Doom format.

@Johnny Cruelty I believe I should be able to release a beta within this week. I managed to catch covid probably....or worse, a rota....

Yeah, also put download link to download the maps. And probably rearrange the maps according to difficulty and theme.

idk if this is normal... but...

the water from duke nukem doesn't work as an animation so i was going to sue the scroll... thing as a "smooth" alternative :D

I'm quite sure you can make animated texture and flats with Boom's ANIMATED feature.
