i've played bd years ago and pb very briefly so i'm don't have the experience to make a real distinction, i don't have the pc to run either of them without frames dipping every 10 miliseconds

I'll bite. Brutal Doom is much more polished and cohesive than Project Brutality. Project Brutality is a complete mess.
