Playstation Doom new map authors?

Does anyone know who the authors are of each unique PSX map? I can only seem to find that Randy Estrella made The Marshes and Tim Heydelaar made The Mansion. Trying to find the others, specifically: Twilight Descends, Hell Gate, Hell Keep, Threshold of Pain, Redemption Denied, and Club Doom.

Hell Gate and the new Hell Keep were made by id for the Jaguar port, credited to American McGee.

Thanks. I wonder if Randy made Twilight Descends. It has a Randy feel to it.
