Defined rules get skirted and argued with on technicalities. Is it REALLY necessary? How hard is it to not be a dipshit?

 

If you've got complaints about mod actions defined rules won't change that. Rules are enforced upon interpretation by the mods. Lock-happy mods won't change their stance even if you point out "lol xd rule 4 clause B subsection iii says this thread is fine!"

I'm gonna absolutely abuse the fuck out of my power and close this thread now. Not that myself and other mods don't welcome input (we do), but the issue will be addressed soon and I don't want this thread to have even the faintest possibility of devolving. Please do feel free to PM me though if you have any questions or suggestions, or any of that kinda stuff.

 

(also as has been pointed out rule lawyering will happen, but idc really, we're only gonna have a handful of bullet points anyway. If people try to intentionally behave poorly but "still technically within the rules" that will still not fly lol)
