Everything is in working order, I just need to scale difficulties and add a custom MIDI.
I didn't add a MIDI yet because during testing the default track has kinda grown on me.

Map Name: Disaster Area L
Author: knifeworld
MIDI: coming soon, perhabs
Difficulty settings: None yet/UV only, will add 'em soon
Ports tested: DSDA-doom 0.25.6, with -complevel 4
Coop and DM starts: Will add soon, not tested at all

I'm thinking of scaling down the difficulty a lot because it's more like a light slaughter map right now.
I'm also not sure where to put a BFG, or if I should add one at all. Playtesting and totally brutal and very evil feedback will be greatly appreciated!

Played the updated version.  I like it!  I think the first main room was my favorite.  I did think the big pit of archvilles part was a little much.  Mostly because it took me a while to figure it out, it could be my habit with trying to get the cyberdemons to do the most of the work in any fight but once I brute forced it with the plasma it was fine.

Thanks for playing 'n testing! Yeah, I've been thinking of toning down the archvile slime pit area, tbh.

Toned down the archvile slime pit area.
Removed 1 more rev in first area.
Made a switch that opens the bars in the computer room repeatable because it's sometimes possible to skip one of the lines that closes them and end up triggering the one you skipped before completing that room.

Hey @Codename_Delta, I'd like to make a quick status checkup for projects that have passed their deadlines to keep the tracker up to date. With the April/May out the way, do you still need participants and will the deadline be extended further? Or should I consider this project closed? Cheers.

Oh crap, yeah no the deadline is gone, any more deadlines would be pointless.

Yep, I made a good pun for once (For people still confused by what it relates to: Finer sounds like Final, and The Nominal Touches can be made into the acronym TNT. (Yes I know it stands for The New Technology.))

(BTW the maps have been added, will add to the OP, I'll finish off the missing CWILVs tomorrow, and another note.

Next time I make a cp, remind me to make it around 11 maps long, as every cp I've hosted so far has had a dev hell period. (This is my own fault for not paying enough attention to this, and completely forgetting about checking up on it for the last month)

I've been busy too, so I gotta finish MAP31 and make balance adjustments to MAP30. I don't think it will be ready for RC1, but I hope you don't mind the late addition.

I'd like to use "Tzhaar!" from Runescape as my map's music, if that's okay. I'm planning to make this map a series of teleporters taking you to earth and back to hell, hope it doesn't become very long. Also, unfortunately I'm busy with my own shit so progress might be slow.

I guess I can show my progress for MAP31 (yes, you can update the thread that I claimed this slot too). I've decided to call this map "Duat" - the underworld in ancient Egyptian mythology. It's not an actual hell filled with demons per se, but I also wanted to name my map a bit differently, as in not naming it after Egyptian god. Here's the screenies:

Hey @Codename_Delta, I've been "stalking" this thread for a while, and I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to help make progress with this project. Do you need any music to be made for the title screen, text screens or intermissions, or do you already have something in mind? I've noticed that you've gone past your originally intended deadline and I want to help in any way I can. :)

 

I'm kinda desperate for work right now because I have a few temporarily dormant projects lying around.
