I think some ancient ports of Doom for the nintendo consoles lacked blood, can't say if they had the status bar face though.

yeah got these from a very cultured doom wad ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) using slade and recompiled them using an online png merger and ms paint... i leave the name of the wad upto you for guessing, its very inappropriate ;)
