Well, I remember reading somewhere that it was actually a poor translation, but Resident Evil fans ended up really liking these cheesy dialogues, and the devs played along and said that it was intentional.

That's one of the few that I'm able to properly make out, but there are others that I'm not quite sure what they're saying, to hilarious effect sometimes. Like, I think the Light Guard says something similar to "puto" when spotting you, and as a native Spanish speaker I find that really funny.

Honorable mention to that ISAF song that your allies sing at the end of Invincible Fleet, a really good morale-boosting song. Especially after you give ISAF their first major victory in the war. Yes I love AC4 too much.
