Lezuum Posted October 9, 2022 (edited) Hi there. I could really use your help, please. Been working on this mappack since 2020 and these are my first attempts at mapping, so I apologize in advance if I am not able to fix it at once. When I start the maps independently, I have zero issues and the skybox is displayed accordingly (default Skybox F_Sky1). But as soon as I add these maps into the mega/miniwad the sky-texture disappears and the sky looks like this: (I didn't add a custom skybox.) 0 Stabbey Posted October 9, 2022 Are you using a MAPINFO or UMAPINFO of some kind? I believe you need to specify what sky you're using in that. 0 Quote Share this post Link to post
0 HorseJockey Posted October 9, 2022 Make a map info file in the base of your wad or pk3 directory. Make a map definition for each of your maps like so, Map [Your Map Name Here] ["Nice name for your map"] { Sky1 = ["Your sky name here"] } Type your info in, minus the brackets. You will need the quotes for your map nice name and your sky name, they need to be a string. Also take a look at this page from the wiki, https://zdoom.org/wiki/MAPINFO/Map_definition if you are trying to make a quake style skybox for GZDoom take a look here, https://zdoom.org/wiki/GLDEFS#Skybox_definitions 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
