And what kind of Editors and graphical addons are on these Discs? Seems like these came with an WAD Launcher. 7 Quote Share this post Link to post

Stupid Bunny Posted October 14, 2022 These covers are so awesomely terrible Mega Doom is right because they really remind me of the Mega Man covers where the artist clearly had never seen a Mega Man game, and also could barely draw 3 Quote Share this post Link to post
Redneckerz Posted October 14, 2022 Hey, Dutch shovelware that i can actually read. CD-Thuis (Or english: CD-Home) its amazingly 90's. I actually kept my shovelware CD's, some which do include Doom stuff and utilities. Should probably upload those one day. Have similar kinds of art however. I dunno, it attracts because its that awful (but at the time high-end!) CGI renders. 2 Quote Share this post Link to post
Wyrmwood Posted October 15, 2022 Wow Doomguy got a few new outfits for these! Actually quite like the art on disk 2, looks like 70/80s comic book sci-fi like Eagle or 2000ad. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
Azuris Posted October 15, 2022 (edited) Oh, someone dumped the third on the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/MEGADOOM3 On the Cover in the Picture above it says "the very best Levels from the Mega Doom 1 and 2 Addon CD-Roms" I can read enough to understand most of the Text, but what is a "Plattegronden"? Textures? Will test it out, i am very corious about the Programs. This maybe also interesting: https://archive.org/details/doom-cds Edit: I somehow like that Doomguy in the orange... oh man thats also ironical, a orange Doom Guy on a Dutch Release :P Edited October 15, 2022 by Azuris 2 Quote Share this post Link to post

Sonikkumania Posted October 15, 2022 God I love the 90's. Spoiler Assuming these are from the 90's, and not the early 2000's. I love that era too though. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
