Please recommend map wads were it's "easy" to know where to go

I personally don't like tricky map sets were you have to "struggle" to find where to go.

 

I know that how hard is to find where to go is subjective, but I'm still ought to get some opinions from players much experienced than I am.

 

Please recommend map wads were it's "easy" to know where to go.

 

It doesn't matter to me if it's for The Ultimate Doom or Doom 2, I also wouldn't mind if it changes weapon and/or monster sprites a bit.

(Ultimate) Doom the Way id Did and Doom 2 the Way id Did tend to be quite easy to navigate. With the Lost Episodes that's well over 100 maps between them.

 

Edit: The levels in 2022 A Doom Odyssey are specifically designed to be quite easy to navigate.

Joke answer: Eternal Doom

 

Real answer: most speedmaps. I highly recommend the ASS wads and Scythe. They can be a bit difficult and also very easy depending on the map though.
