Oh yeah, I forgot to write about this. So I want to make my map on a slightly experimental direction while still adhering to the map name, with a mix of 1995'ish sensibility (notably the 256-width doors) and a bit of slightly modern sensibility (irregular switches, e.g. the computer-activated door inside the "base"). As well, I intend on making structures that are less rectangular where necessary. On the other hand, I think I might've gone a bit overboard with green inside the map, and it'd be better to add a few gray/blue computer-based base areas. And yes, those are co-op starts.

 

No worries, take your time. Even it took me months to eventually give this one up, despite my intention to finish it from start to finish by my own.

The E1M8 slot is now open... also, E2M7 is a partial map that needs finishing, if anyone is interested.

I have actually not heard from Mr around in a month since we talked about the map. I'm not sure if he dropped it or not entirely, but if he has I can come up with something quick. Is there a deadline you want to aim for?

I've just sent scraps of E1M4 to @JustAthel, so they could finish it if they want. Or I can send it to anyone they also want, so the map could finally be finished

Eh, all deadlines have long passed, so we're firmly in "when it's done" territory.

Been going through my map e4m9, fixing errors. I decided to do some drastic changes and remove the first cyberdemon as I had too much concessions to do to not have it stuck across the map. I am also thinking about how to make the spiderdemon battle more open but it might not happen as I can almost see all the changes I have to do make it happen the way I want it, in my mind eye.
