Dumb question regarding DeHackEd

Dumb but quick question - what's the easiest way to remove/separate a DeHackEd file from a megawad? Do you need Slade 3 or is there a simpler way with command lines?

My program JeuTool is a command line tool which can do this:

jeutool pipe filename.wad DEHACKED > output.deh
