It would help a lot more to post a wad, but my top guesses would be:

1. You forgot to add action to the other side of the door

2. You added action to the other side of the door, but the line is facing into the door. Doom Builder family draws a little notch on all lines to show which way is the front. And you can select it and press F to flip it.

1. The correct word is "through", throw is completely different thing.

2. Youtube link cannot be opened, because its a link to your editor. You need to share public link.

I had this problem, albeit in Eureka. I had raised the floor to the ceiling whereas you have to lower the ceiling to the floor.

My example was me figuring out my problem and maybe that would help OP with their’s.
